In order to install a subdomain, you first need to log in or sign up to your Hostinger hPanel.

Step:1 Come on hPanel

So the very first step you need to take is to come on your Hostigner hPanel.

As you already know that, unlike other hosting providers, Hostinger has hPanel instead of cPanel, which is very easy to use and has a simple interface.

Step:2 Visit DNS Zone

As soon as you will open your website, you will simply land on this page, where you can see your website’s Analytics.

After this, you just need to look at the top, there you will find a DNS option, then you have to click on that option.

Step:3 Add A Record (In DNS Zone)

After you follow that DNS option, you will land on this page, from where our work starts.

All you need to do is, first of all, you have to add A Record, in order to access to WP dashboard.

So for this click on ‘Add Record’.

Then you need to set the field option as:

  • Type- A
  • Name- Your subdomain name (it is forum in my case)
  • IPv4 address- Here you have to write your IPv4 address.

I know here in this field, many of you will get stuck, but don’t worry, take it easy, it is very simple with me.

So in this case all you need to do is contact your hosting provider which is Hostinger. Ask them to tell IPv4 address, so that you can paste it over here.

You can also tell the whole situation to them and they will for sure help you out.
